ARTHRITIS STUDIES

Rheumatoid Arthritis

We are not currently recruiting for any Rheumatoid Arthritis studies, but we have participated in a number of such trials to date:

  • Studies to assess the effectiveness, safety and tolerability of new medications on patients with active Rheumatoid Arthritis who are inadequate responders to MTX therapy.

  • Studies to assess the effectiveness and safety of new medications to prevent structural damage in patients with active Rheumatoid Arthritis

  • Studies to assess the safety and effectiveness of new medications in patients with active Rheumatiod Arthritis

  • Please contact us if you have Rheumatoid Arthritis and you would like to be contacted for a future RA study

Osteoarthritis

We are not currently recruiting for any Osteoporosis trials.

Studies completed to date include:

  • A study in patients with on Osteoarthtritis to determine the incidence of treatment induced gastroduodenal ulcers.

  • Completed trials for osteoarthritic pain

  • Post operative bone quality around joint replacements

  • Evauluation of new devices & instrumentation in joint replacment surgery

Psoriatic Arthritis Studies - Recruitment Closed

  • Studies to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of a new medications for patiets with Active Psoriatic Arthritis.

Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR) - Recruitment Closed

  • A multi-centre, world-wide study to demonstrate the effectiveness and safety of a new medication for patients aged 50 and over
